We put many hours into configuring these Pis to ensure there is plenty quality UK (and global) content and so that XBMC runs smoothly. We will not just send you an unconfigured system, this is ready to plug and play! Also, where possible, all the parts including the actual Raspberry Pis, are sourced in the UK and from reputable companies such as Cyntech and CPC Farnell. We use only the best quality components; for example the Integral cards we use are top-end cards from an excellent brand, proven to perform well in the Pi. Others may be cheaper, but may skimp on things like putting in a slower, or lower capacity SD Card, which dramatically affects performance! Most importantly, we pride ourselves on maintaining the best customer service standards possible. We will respond to enquiries quickly - before, during and after the sale and will always endeavour to help with any concerns. We believe our feedback reflects this fact!
Just plug the SD card into your Raspberry Pi, plug the Pi into your TV and you will have access to a world of free video and audio, including the main terrestrial UK TV catch-up services for BBC and ITV, plus live TV from around the globe, including HD movies and live sports. For overseas customers we always include, where possible, content from their own country and will configure the box in their own language, upon request.
But that's not all; XBMC offers a great way of organising and playing your own Video, Music and Picture collections.

All our products are tested before shipping and are shipped directly from the UK and we operate a 14 day, no quibbles return policy.* All kits are now shipped Worldwide using tracked postage.
*Please note that, while we are happy to correct any corruption of software after the 14 day warranty period, if this entails returning the SD Card, it will be subject to a £5 admin fee, which includes return postage (the customer pays postage one-way). Also, as the add-ons are developed by 3rd parties, we cannot be held responsible for any poorly supported or non-working add-ons, though we will always help the customer to find alternatives. During the initial 14 days of receipt, however, refunds WILL be accepted for any reason for dissatisfaction, including software failure, or non-working add-ons. |
