Ordering is easy! Simply enter the quantity that you would like, select your options from the appropriate drop-down boxes, and then click "Buy it Now". You will then be directed to PayPal where you can pay using either your PayPal account (if you have one) or by credit or debit card.

To supply personalised details simply message me through the eBay messaging system - by the "ask a question" link at the bottom of the listing.

If your message to me appears in your eBay "sent messages" then you have messaged me successfully :-)

Please make sure to double check your supplied personalisation details when messaging as we will personalise your item exactly as requested.

Please note, we do not reply to individual messages with personalisation details as it would quite simply take up so much time! Time that is much better spent making your items and ensuring a quick turnaround :-). Please be rest assured that if your message to us appears in your "Sent" message folder on eBay then we have received it.

If we do not receive personalisation details from you we will email you within 7 days of placing your order to ask for these. Not supplying details will of course postpone your order being made and dispatched, so please remember to message me them over using the above link, as soon as possible :-)

We accept payments via Paypal. Immediate payment is required after purchasing the item.

If making a large order alternative Payment methods are accepted.

Orders are ordinarily fulfilled within 48 hours of payment and only once any personalisation instructions have been received from the buyer.

We can only post to the registered address against the order.
