Where can I get my order delivered?

Products bought from Halfords on eBay can be delivered to your home or alternative address in the UK. Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations (e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may be subject to slightly longer delivery times. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to non-UK destinations, including the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses and PO boxes at this time.

Unfortunately, because of our automated delivery process, we can't change your shipping address or cancel once you've placed the order.

Click & Collect

• Our Click and Collect service means we'll deliver the item to your local store for collection. If you place your order before 8pm you can collect it in-store from 1pm two days later (exceptions apply). If your order contains a bike this will be built free of charge, and will be ready for collection from 4pm two working days later. Please see below to check when your ordered item will be available for collection.

If you are collecting your order from a Halfords store, please ensure you take with you your order code and photo ID.

If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasion, be sent in multiple dispatches at no extra charge.

What if I am out when my product is delivered?

Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 9am and 5pm, but delivery may be attempted outside these hours, up to 9pm Monday to Friday. All courier deliveries must be signed for.

If you are out when the courier arrives they will attempt to deliver to an immediate neighbour. The courier will leave a card advising where the parcel has been delivered to, or if they have been unable to deliver they will make two further attempts. If they are still unsuccessful they will either:

• Leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
• Leave the parcel at your local post office for you to collect. (DPD and Parcelforce deliveries only)

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If we fail to meet a specified delivery date you can either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or continue with the order and accept a refund of any delivery charges.

We can only accept orders from PayPal account holders.

Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit.

What if I want my bike built?

If you order a bike and collect it from your local store it will be built for free. It will be ready from 4pm on collection day.

Unfortunately we cannot build your bike if you choose to have it delivered to your home, work or another address. Any bikes not collected in store will be delivered boxed and will require self assembly.

Where do I collect my Click & Collect order?

For bikes and bike products head over to the BikeHut once you're in store.

For all other products head towards the signposted collection point which should be located by the parts desk.
