We accept Paypal only as it’s fast, easy, and secure.

If you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 30 days. Please e-mail us within 7 days of receipt, stating reason of return. Returned items should be in original perfect condition, unused and in the original sealed packaging, complete with tags where applicable. Return postage cost is to be paid by customer and is not refundable. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods which do not arrive.

Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a replacement and refund any return postage costs. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be processed.

Delivery

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of cleared payment being received.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class and usually arrive within 2-5 days, however express delivery is available which guarantees next day delivery.

Next day delivery is available on all items within the UK. Costs for this service are listed on each item.

In the case of your order not arriving, please contact us directly and we will do everything we can do resolve the situation.

International delivery

All international orders are sent standard Airmail.

We offer combined shipping prices for multiple purchases on international orders, please contact us with the items you are interested in for an exact price. We will amend your invoice with the combined postage price shortly after payment is received.

Missing items

We do not often hear back from our customers about orders not arriving, but occasionally items will get delayed or lost in the post. If you’re item has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us directly to let us know as we would prefer to resolve the situation ourselves before involving eBay.

Royal Mail asks us to wait for us to 14 days before considering items lost in the post, at which point we will arrange a replacement or refund.
