While for the battery, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the damage of Lipo battery. Meawhile, underwater take-off is a very difficult operation action, as the quadcopter affected by the flow water dynamics, generally can't fly out of the water. Please think twice before the diving movement.

Product Warranty:

3.Exceed the warranty period, we don't accept exchange and refund, but continue to provide solution and help.

Return Terms:

1. If you are not satisfied with the item and need to return the item, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of the delivery. Item must be returned with the original package for refund or exchange.

2. Before return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service firstly, let us know the detailed problem or send us some pictures for confirmation. Then get a unique address for return.

3.We can't receive the packages if buyer return by yourselves according to the address on shipping package. We won't solve such case and buyer should responsible for the consequences.

4.If item need to be returned for exchange because of quality problem,the return shipping cost will be paid by buyer, resend shipping cost will be paid by us.
If item need to be returned for refund because of quality problem, we will share the return shipping cost with buyer.
After receiving the returned item,we will resend the item or make a refund according to the condition of the returned item within 1-3 working days.

5. If item need to be returned because of non-quality problems, the return shipping cost will be paid by buyer, and we will deduct our shipping cost in your final refund(means not full refund).
