As of such, we do not always have firsthand knowledge of their history nor do we have the necessary equipment required to test our items. Therefore, we use the best of our abilities to accurately assess our items and do not always know if they are in prefect working condition. Our desire is not to misrepresent and to make sure you’re happy with your purchase!
Policies:
• Payment required within a few days
• 7 day courtesy holding period for items
• Shipments subject to storage fees after 7 days
• 7 day return policy honored on items that do not work
Shipping:
• Items are shipped within 1 business day of payment received
• Items purchased on Fridays or holidays may take an extra day to leave the store
• Daily shipping cut-off is 12:00PM Eastern Time
• Normal shipping done through USPS
• UPS services can be used at buyer’s expense
• Items can be shipped via freight, contact us for shipping quotes
• Shipment can be picked up by your carrier
• Freight items will be palletized, strapped, and shrink-wrapped
• International buyers please check with your country’s customs office to determine additional costs for import duties, taxes, and charges
