Payment is only accepted through Paypal and must be within 3 days of purchase or auctions end.

TERMS OF SALE

We describe items to the best of our abilities but please ask any and all questions, we will respond promptly.

Please compare posted size measurements to one of your own similar garments to determine proper fit.  

We can't take back an item due to fit issues or if you decide you don't like it.

Returns will only be considered if we have misrepresented an item.  If we have in fact misrepresented an item we will pay for return shipping.  

Items are stored in a smoke and pet-free environment.

California residents must pay 9.5% sales tax.  

SHIPPING

We ship fast!  Items ship within 1 day of cleared payment, often the same day.

We will gladly combine shipping for multiple auctions won.  

Items ending at $75 or more will require insurance.  Insurance will be added as an additional cost and is based on the auctions ending price.  

Please wait for an invoice after the auction if your item is over $75.

Within the US we ship via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation.  

We ship Worldwide

For our International customers we ship USPS Priority mail.   

For Russia we do not ship small flat rate packages as they are not insurable to your country. We only ship based on the actual weight of the package which offers tracking.  Please message for a quote.

All other countries: Small flat rate packages do not offer tracking therefore shipping rates on these parcels will automatically include insurance no matter the cost of the item. 

Parcels based on actual weight of the item, medium or large flat rate boxes include tracking at no additional cost.

We no longer ship First Class due to lost packages and lengthy shipping time.  We feel Priority is the fastest and safest method.

We will not falsify item values on customs forms.  

We will not claim items as 'gifts'.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges, they are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please check with your country's custom office to determine what additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Please do not confuse these charges as additional shipping charges, they are collected by your local post office or delivery person.
