Shipping Information: Our main carrier is USPS. International shipping, when you receive your package depends on how long the custom process. We will process your order in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Shipments will be declared the value paid.
Legally, we are not able to mark any shipments as a gift. If package is not cleared/claimed from customs and is returned, buyer is responsible for postage of re-shipping.
Combined Shipping:
In order for items to qualify for combined shipping, items must be purchased and paid for together within the 5 day period from the day and time of the first auction won or date of buy now purchase.
Please wait to pay for all items together if it is wanted for all items to be shipped together. Items paid separately will be shipped separately and combined shipping rate will not be applied.
Combined shipping rate will be calculated and applied when the invoice is sent. We may not change your invoice or refund any missed promotional savings if the item(s) are paid for before a revised invoice is sent to you. Please note if combined shipping is not reflected at time of checkout please request a revised invoice via eBay messaging prior to making payment. Due to high volume of daily shipments, we are unable to delay or hold shipment of any item(s).
We attempt to ship your items within 24-48 hours after payment has been received, excluding weekends and holidays.
We kindly ask our buyers to read the entire item description and measurements before purchasing.
If you would like to return your item, kindly contact our customer service team via eBay Messaging to request a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Any non-eBay correspondence will not be answered with the required RMA Number.
Please include the following details in your eBay message:
1. Item Name
2. Item Number
3. Reason for return (i.e. size, color is not right, etc.)
*If the item received was defective, please contact via eBay messaging with photos of the
exterior packaging, interior packaging and damaged item(s).
One of our customer support team members will reply within 24 hours with the required RMA number and return shipping information. Shipping costs for unwanted items are your responsibility. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Once the item is received with all original packaging, tags and accessories, our staff will inspect the product and provide a full or partial refund. All new with tags items purchased must be returned as new with tags or no refund will be granted. All pre-owned items have been photographed, inspected and noted by our consignment staff, therefore any new flaws upon return will not be granted a refund. Please allow up to 30 days to process your return.
All returns must have tracking information sent to the Consignment Crew through eBay messaging within three days of receiving the RMA number. Items valued over $200 must be insured along with tracking information. Your returned item must be post marked within 14 Days (Calendar Days) of receiving your item.
We WILL NOT Accept the Following Items for a Return:
Cosmetics (i.e. Makeup, Nail Polish, Soaps, Shower Caps, Cosmetic Tools), Food Products, Pieced Earrings, Food Accessories, Perfume, Air Fresheners, Intimates, Hair Accessories.

We always combine shipping! Items should be in the cart. The following are 4 steps to confirm to purchase so we may send you a revised invoice. Please note, due to eBay's system if any item is on sale this will not allow you to request for a new total for combined shipping:
Step 1: Locate the first item you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart."
Step 2: Select the additional item you wish to purchase one at a time, select desired quantity, then click "Add to Cart" (same as Step 1). Use this same process until you are ready to check out.
Step 3: In your eBay shopping cart, click the "Request Total" button to request a new invoice.
Step 4: After the revised invoice is sent by our store, check your email for the confirmation invoice. You should receive one invoice listing all items under one total. Visit "My eBay" and find your purchase, then pay within 5 days of the purchase date. Once paid, your item(s) will ship same day or in 1 business day.
Can I ship to a different address?
If you wish to ship to a different address from the one that is on your PayPal account, please simply change the address of your PayPal account.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes we do. Rates are the same as U.S. domestic.

How do I return an item?
