Our Company registered at 2012 is an Australian owned and operated company. Our warehouse and office is physically located in Castle Hill NSW 2154, all customers can reach us either by physically drop-in or giving us a call.

Unlike lots of other oversea eBay sellers, even though they list items located in Australia, but they actually registered and operated from oversea. They just use some of local Australian shipping agents to stock and dispatch their items. So once you purchase from them, you will either end up with long wait or no place to do the warranty. Moreover the products you receive are not Australia standard without Australia certificate, it would be risky and illegal to install that hardware at your home.

 

2. FREE delivery

Free Delivery is provided Monday to Friday within the whole Australia.

All Delivery are insured, it means if the item is damaged or lost during the transit, we will take care of it and you got nothing to worry about. Unlike some other sellers who adds the insurance as an additional charge.

 

3.Flexible delivery options

Next-day delivery is available for metropolitan areas. Please check out Australia Express Post or Fastway Courier to see if your suburb is eligible.

You may request a date for delivery on the checkout page and we will do our best to arrange delivery on that date.

We use Australia post and Fastway Courier as our freight company, all delivery are trackable with signature on delivery. If you have trouble on checking your item online, please feel free to contact us via our hotline.

4.Australia based customer support

Our Sydney based customer service centre is opened from Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 5:30PM, during this period of time, you can either pop in to our warehouse or give us a call.

Any other time after business hours, you can message us through eBay or email to one of our friendly staff, they normally respond to your message or email within few hours’ time.

Our team is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We really know our products, some of our consultants have been in the industry for 10+ years!

Because we don't have shopfronts and our products are directly purchased from manufactory. So it is able to channel savings straight through to our customers. This is why our prices are always low, all years round.

We will also match or better our competitors' prices, where possible. If you've seen the same product advertised elsewhere for a lower price, let us know and we will match it. We ship all items via Australia Registered Post and Fastway couriers with tracking no,you can follow up with your goods once they are sent out.Shipping Day for Sydney area is 1-2 days,for city around NSW would be 2-3 days,other country side of NSW normally around 4-5 days,to Brisbane and Mel normally takes 2-3 days,other places in QLD,VIC and SA would take 3-5 days.To WA would take 4-7 days,to NT and Tasmania would be around 7 days.

Express Post will be charged extra according to different products.

Pick up is available for most of the items.Warehouse opens from Monday Thru Friday 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific except public days.

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment.

None of our products can be drop shipped when paid by PayPal. Drop ship is only available at bank transfer or bank deposit.
