SHIPPING

Shipping for this item is 14.99 to the continental U.S. This shipping quote is to the continental U.S. ONLY. I do not ship internationally or to Canada. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as one is available.  UPS GROUND is our preferred method of shipment, but on occasion with time sensitive packages and smaller items will ship via United States Postal Service.  All packages will be insured for a minimum of the purchase price. 

We typically send out shipments on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday of each week.  Payments received before 9 a.m. on shipping days will be sent out the same day.  Otherwise, your item will not be shipped out until the following shipping day.  Once items have been shipped, they typically take 4 to 6 days to arrive.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

If you are interested in getting a freight quote on an item, please email us.  When you email, include the following: 1. Zip Code   2. Business or Residential delivery?   3. Will a Liftgate be required?  We will need these three pieces of information to get you an accurate quote.  We do not use the Ebay freight calculator.  It is linked to FreightQuote.com, an Ebay affiliated third party freight shipping company whose rates are too high.  We have partnered with a different third party freight company with much more affordable rates.  Typically our freight rates will be 20% - 40% lower than the rates you typically get on the freight calculators built into most auctions.  We pass these savings directly on to you.  We charge a $20 flat rate to palletize an item.  This is to cover the cost of the pallet, banding materials, shrink wrap, any necessary boards, and our time.  This is a very reasonable rate. 

Due to the size of freight items and due to the arrangements that need made, the handling time will be a little longer.  Freight items will typically be ready and shipped from our facility in 5 to 7 business days.  This is due to the resources and materials required to properly secure your item for safe delivery and to make the necessary arrangements with the freight company for pickup.  Once your item is in the freight companies possession, delivery times can range from 2 to 4 days typically.

PAYMENT

 PAYPAL is the only method for payment on our auctions. Paypal is a secure payment method that is fast and easy for both the seller and the buyer. Please feel free to ask for assistance if needed. You will be sent an invoice automatically at the time of the auction’s end.  If necessary, at out discretion under certain circumstances, we can accept payment via credit card.  Please be aware that if you are sending payment via Paypal E-check, the payment clearing date is typically 5 days from the date that you intiated the payment.  In this case, your item will not ship out until the payment has cleared.

ITEM CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS

We try to accurately and correctly describe the condition of an item to the best of our ability.  We are a surplus business that deals in a very wide variety of industrial and commercial equipment.  Due to this fact, with many items we do not have the knowledge or proper equipment to fully test items.  We will try to the best of our ability to describe to you the testing procedure that we perform on each item, to give you an idea of what you are getting.  Many of our items are state, city, university, or business surplus items and often times work great with no problems, HOWEVER, we cannot guarantee the functionality of all items and therefore commonly sell items AS-IS with no warranty.  If an item is offered AS-IS, there will be no implied warranty, unless otherwise stated.  If an item arrives to you non-functional, let us know and we can usually work out a settlement so that you are not left hung out to dry.  We take pride in our business and will always go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction.

RETURN POLICY

We try to accurately describe all items to the best of our ability.  We guarantee hassle-free returns.  If an item arrives to you in damaged condition or not as described you will promptly be issued a full refund or a replacement upon receipt of the item back to us. Items must be received back in original condition to be eligible for refunds or exchanges.  We normally offer a 7 day return policy, however, All items sold AS-IS, will not fall under our normal return policy.  All items purchased AS-IS will be sold with no implied warranty

We will not be held responsible for items that become lost in transit by UPS, USPS, or a freight company.  Once an item leaves our possession, it is no longer our responsibility.  We have absolutely no control over the package at that point, so please do not try to hold us responsible.  It is not often that a package gets lost, but it has happened.  If this should occur, we will do everything in our power to help ammend the situation and correct the problem.  All of our packages are insured for the purchase amount.  If we need to file a claim, we will do so & when the reimbursement funds arrive, you will promptly be issued a refund.  We are here to help but will not be held responsible for a carrier's mistake.
