Our listed shipping price is only good for customers located in the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and other US colonies will need to use the integrated shipping calculator on the item description page found under the “Shipping” section for a list of available shipping methods and their cost.

Can I combine multiple auctions or add additional items to my order?

We charge 8.25% sales tax for California orders.

I have a reseller's permit, how can I remove tax from my order?

How much is shipping?
Shipping to the lower 48 states is listed in the item details. Shipping to all other locations including Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada must be calculated with our integrated shipping calculator found on the item description under the “Shipping” section.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes. Only USPS methods are available for PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, the item will be shipped via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Parcel Post.

What carrier do you use to ship your packages?
We use UPS and USPS for a majority of our shipments. Larger items are sent through South Bay Logistics.

My item is very fragile, how will you pack my item?
Our expert warehouse team will make sure each item is securely packed to ensure your item arrives in pristine condition. We use a combination of bubble wrap and packing peanuts for all packages. When deemed necessary, we will use a special foaming process to protect the item.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Our customer satisfaction guarantee allows you to return any item purchased within 30 days of the shipping date with no questions asked! A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

What is your policy for returning a DOA item?
Items being returned as DOA must be completed within 30 days of the shipping date. An RMA number must be obtained through our RMA department before sending a package back. DOA items will be replaced if other units are available. Credit will be issued to for replaceable items. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

What is covered under your 30-Day DOA Warranty?
Our 30-Day DOA Warranty does NOT cover any consumable goods such as: toner, ink cartridges, bulbs, batteries, etc. It does not cover any missing accessories that are not pictured with the item. Compatibility issues are also not covered.

My item was sold As-Is, can I still return it?
