Shipping as it is quoted is for the lower 48 states excluding AK, HI and all US Protectorates and APO. If you wish to purchase from us and are located in one of these areas please contact us direct so that correct shipping charges can be figured. We do not offer International Shipping through ebay and again you must contact us directly. Warranty - Most HVAC manufacturers offer warranty on their units from date of original installation. It is your responsibility to fill out warranty card and mail in. We are not their distributor and can NOT assist you in obtaining that warranty. We distribute excess or liquidated items. Items are being sold as is - all sales final - with no guarantee or warranty through us. All descriptions and data provided are listed as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee the informations accuracy. Refunds - The item you are bidding on is being SOLD - AS IS. No warranty or guarantees apply. Purchases - Once you have committed to purchase an item - we follow ebay rules that this transaction is a legal and binding contract.
