.All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA (
Return Merchandize Authorization) number which has to be obtained by filling out
our RMA Request Form prior to your returning the product.
.RMA numbers are valid for ten days only and product must reach our warehouse
before then. Each item to be returned will need a unique RMA number. Products
sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
.All items must be returned in their original condition including: Packaging,
Documentation, Warranty cards and manuals, Accessories.. etc., or replacement
item or refund cannot be issued.
.Return of non-defective products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee based
