HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY:
We extend our Returns time frame in order to accommodate customers that wish to start their Holiday Shopping early. Items that are purchased from October 1st, 2011 through December 23rd, 2011 for Holiday Gifts have an extended time frame for returns. Items bought during that time may be returned up till January 23rd, 2012. Items being returned need to be in New Condition with tags attached. Call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. Having your order number (it will be on your packing slip and order confirmation email) will help expedite the process as we need it to look up your order. If you prefer to do a size exchange on a gift item we will be happy to assist you if the item is in stock.
REGULAR POLICY ( For Holiday Season see special Holiday Returns info above ):
We will accept returns within 20 days of delivery AFTER a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the purchase price less the shipping costs. Please note that some limited items such as underwear, Specialty, Custom Order Items and Gasoline Glamour Leather Vests are not returnable and may not be exchanged. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
We are happy to assist you with approved exchanges made within 20 days of item receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Shipping Policy:
Most shipments within the United States ship via Priority Mail. You may choose to upgrade to Express Mail at a higher shipping rate. If you are in Southern California and would like to pick up your items in person to save on shipping costs you may arrange to do so. Our Store/Warehouse is in the city of La Habra on the border of Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Most International Shipments ship by either dhl or Express Mail. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes imposed by their country.
