The
Inuit are indigenous peoples inhabiting the Arctic. Traditional Inuit
life was influenced by the harsh climate and the stark landscape of
the tundra. This 4½" owl was designed with the simplicity of their
style of art in mind. It has a hard varnished polymer face to
exemplify their environmental harshness while the warmth of the wool
exemplifies the vulnerability of life.

This objet
d'art was sculpted by Carol's hands and is one in the growing number of
Wooliedales Etc. creations.
A
sterling silver
"W"
cube is embedded in the wool for
authenticity.
