Will I received my tracking number automatically? Yes, you will receive your tracking number within 1 business day following payment. Please be advised that the USPS will require up to 48 hours updating your tracking number. In some instances, the USPS system will not display any status update. This does not indicate that your package has not shipped. It only indicates the system is not displaying the most up to date shipping status
Why hasn’t my order been updated on www.USPS.com? Unfortunately, the USPS does not always update tracking information as quickly as we would both like. In many instances, you will receive your order even before your tracking number is updated. This is an issue solely with the USPS system. We have no control over this issue.
What is your processing time? We require 24 hours processing time for all orders (Monday-Friday, except holidays).

Do you combine shipping? Sorry, not at this time. We have more than one warehouse in the US. Therefore, not all items purchased will process and/ or ship together.
What is the process for undelivered shipments? If your package is returned to our warehouse due to invalid shipping information or marked as ‘unclaimed’ or ‘refused’ you will be responsible for our original shipping fees and 25% restocking fee. An additional $7 fee for all reshipments. No exceptions. Please verify your Paypal shipping information prior to purchasing.
