This is from the US where they had a store display system which was very large and has several ports available to play different cartridges/card games where you can play up to 5 minutes or so of the game in store before it resets to the beggining of the game. I think the cart only resets by itself on the store unit itself and not by a regular console. These carts are hard to come by in the US since not many of the store display units are really rare themselves.

The cart doesnt have a label at the top in the front like regular SMS games except they have a label on the back which can be seen in the picture.
