Card; Paypal or Wire Transfer are all available at the checkout, we desperately want to get the order to you, so if you take longer than 7 days, we?ll pester you with reminders that our packing section is itching to send your stuff.

Shipping

How much is postage and packaging
 Usually FREE for most of the UK, and we offer FAST for little bit more. All the postage costs, for anywhere in the World are on our very clever shipping calculator Globe, which is on every Product page (and on the bottom of this one!)

If you want several different things sent together, our checkout will calculate the total shipping cost at the end ? it?s still usually FREE for most of the UK, but just in case, you can always review and amend your order before you finally say yes!

Where do we ship?
It?s not a Calculator Globe for nothing, so if you want it, we?ll get it to you -wherever in the World you are. Some very special places may need a bit of extra insurance care to make sure you get it, but you?ll always know exactly how much it will cost before you buy.

We?ll always follow your instructions to the letter, and only send to the shipping address you enter during checkout, so please (please) make sure that the address details are correct before you confirm. It really upsets us to have to charge you for daft things like collecting and re-delivering stuff.

·        BIG things (over 5kg)

We send BIG things by DHL or Parcelforce, and, if you?re not in when they call, they?ll leave a card, (and we?ll leave an email to let you know they tried). Just give the depot a call and they?ll have another go on a day that?s better for you. Unfortunately, if it doesn?t get delivered this time, it?ll be returned to us, and the Carrier will want paying for his trouble (which is £15), and we?ll be really upset to have to pass that on to you before we can resend.

·        Outside the UK

We reduce the normal cost of International shipping by taking off the real value of the included UK postage. EEC lets us send to any member country without batting an eyelid. Our custom is always to include everything in the order price.

If you?re outside the EEC however, then your Customs may well want to advise you of Import Duties and Taxes applying to your order from us. We don?t know what rules your specific Country has, so we have to ask you to be responsible for your own import duties and taxes. Ta!

General Terms and Conditions

 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

1. Format of the Contract

These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Lotnabox Ltd via EBay and any other website where Lotnabox is represented. The website is governed by the following terms and conditions; they do not affect your statutory rights.

Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion). We will send you an order acknowledgement shortly after you place your order, notifying you that we have received your order. This acknowledgement is not notification that we have accepted your order.

The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see condition 5).

We have the right to terminate the contract if the price of the contract is not received from you in cleared funds.

Lotnabox Ltd may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

2. Description and price of the goods

We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. We provide you with product information on  EBay and other sites.  If there is anything which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact our Customer Services team on 0800 410 2800

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time of placing your order. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item we will contact you and offer you the following three options:

Placing a new order at the correct price for those goods;

Cancelling the whole of your order; or

Cancelling your order for the mis-priced goods and reconfirm your order for the correctly priced goods.

If you do not choose one of the 3 available options within 14 days, your order will be cancelled or the under priced item will be removed from your order. If any payment has been made by you, you will be credited back to your original payment method.

If within 14 days of accepting your order we discover that all of the goods are unavailable, we will contact you and advise that we may cancel your order and refund or re-credit you within 7 working days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

If within 7 days of accepting your order we discover that some but not all of the goods are unavailable, we will contact you and offer you the option of canceling the whole order or amending your order to a substitute alternative. If you do not choose a substitute alternative within 14 days, the unavailable item will be removed from your order and we will deliver the available goods. If any payment has been made by you, you will be credited back to your original payment method.

The price of an item does not include the delivery charge, which will depend on the delivery method you choose and the specific item offer.

3. Payment

Payment can be made by any of the options advertised on the item page. Payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails your order will be cancelled.

There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to only the address specified when you complete your order.

Should you want to change the shipping address after the goods have dispatched from us, we will charge the costs of re-direction or resending after the item has been returned as necessary. Should delivery be returned due to an inaccurate address, and the order subsequently cancelled, we will charge the packing and delivery costs against any refund.

Orders received by us before 1.00pm on a working day will normally be processed that day and will be delivered as per your instructions on the order, providing further security checks are not required and all goods are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and Bank or other Public Holidays.)

If your address is deemed invalid, or our carriers do not recognise it, we will advise you as soon as possible.

If you refuse the delivery of your order for reasons under the Distance Selling regulations or you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods. By exercising your right to cancel you are required to return the goods to Lotnabox. If you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by retrieving the goods from you.

We will make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery then please sign for the parcel as ?UNCHECKED?. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the itemto you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). As soon as an item is delivered, the risk of damage or loss passes to you.

5. Your right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel your contract with Lotnabox at any time up to 14 working days after you receive the goods, in line with The Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel your contract in this time frame you must notify us, preferably by email, but writing or fax to our contact details at the bottom of the page

Should you wish to cancel your contract after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or mis-described.

You will be credited for the goods within 30 days.

You cannot cancel a contract for computer software which has been unsealed by you or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, except where a fault has been discovered that could not have been identified without unsealing the goods.

6. Refund policy

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you by a reversal of the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

7. Warranty

All new goods supplied by us have a minimum 12 months warranty period from the date the goods were delivered (unless otherwise stated and excluding batteries which carry a 6 month warranty). Please note that the warranty does not cover you for any defects in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer?s or Supplier?s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior written approval.

7.1 Faulty Product

If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt. You must contact us for a return label or collection request. Contact

If the goods are more than 7 working days, but less than 30 days old you have the option of a refund or direct replacement by returning them at your own expense.

We will test the product for the fault, and if verified we will:

Try to repair the item

If we are unable to repair we will replace with the same item or nearest better equivalent.

If we are unable to replace we will issue a refund for the original and postage cost.

If the goods you have returned are not found faulty, we will quote for repair, and you have the option of them being returned to you at your cost.

7.2 Products Dead On Arrival

Goods that do not work upon arrival must be notified to us within 7 working days, and we will arrange freepost return labels or collection as appropriate. Once we have received the goods, and the fault verified we will either:

Replace with the same item, or, if unavailable nearest better replacement Refund including original delivery costs

If the goods are not found faulty, they will be returned to you at your cost.

7.3 Products Damaged On Arrival

Once we have received the goods, and the fault verified we will either:

Replace with the same item

If the goods you have returned are not found faulty by out trained technicians the goods will be returned to you at your cost, plus the collection costs.

7.4 Wrong Item Delivered

Once we have confirmed the item it is incorrect, we will either:

Replace with the correct item

Refund including original delivery costs

7.5 Item not Required

If you do not adhere to this procedure and are found to be in possession of goods that you have not paid for, you will be charged for the goods.

7.7 Ex. display stock, Grade A, Grade B and Used stock

Wherever possible, previously used goods will be highlighted as being so, on the website at the time you place your order. All Used Goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects for 90 days from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). Grade B stock carries a 30 day warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If Used Goods develop a defect during the 90 day warranty period, you should follow our returns instructions click here  In the event of a valid claim for a defect in the Used Goods is made, we will either:

Replace the Used Goods if available.
Repair the Used Goods.

Refund or re-credit you the sum you have paid for the Used Goods within 30 days of the date that the relevant Used Good(s) are returned in accordance with the Returns instructions. click here 

9. Limitation of Liability

Lotnabox will not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:

There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by the Supplier or by its employees or agents;
Such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
Any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of  Lotnabox for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Data Protection

Lotnabox will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless Lotnabox is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

11. Images

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

13. Price Comparison Information

 Price comparison information is derived from lists and software owned by third parties. Information provided is regularly checked and understood to be correct. It is to enhance your shopping experience and Lotnabox accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information.

Lotnabox does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, editorial commentary or any other content displayed by it and derived form the price comparison lists and software is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

15. Return Instructions

All returns must be properly packaged to ensurure safe delivery to us, together with order reference information, and the reason for return. Whether or not you are using our freepost return labels, it is your responsibility to obtain proof of posting, which will not be regarded as proof of delivery without tracking and insurance as necessary. For large items over 5kg, we can arrange insured collection, which will be charged at cost as appropriate.

Returns

Returns

99.5% happy customers isn?t bad, but it still means something goes wrong sometimes. We?re not happy if you?re not happy, so if you're not pleased with your purchase for whatever reason, simply let us know by email within 14 working days after you get it, and return it to us. We?ll exchange or refund the original order value, as you wish. All we ask is that you enclose the order reference, with all the bits you want to return, in all their boxes, in their original condition. Posting is down to you, but it?s a good idea to get postal tracking, with some kind of insurance, because, if we don?t get the return, you won?t get the refund, and we?re sure that if you don?t want the stuff, you certainly want your money back ASAP. That?s why we?ll try and get a refund sorted the same day we receive your return, and let you know by email. (We normally reverse the same payment method you used). If your purchase is returned in a condition that isn?t new, we?ll send you some photos of why we think that, and agree a re-stocking value with you.

You can return stuff for any reason up to 30 days after you got it. Just follow the same instructions above. You?ll still get a refund of the original order value, but less 25% of the total order value (it just covers us having to check, clean, repackage and re-sell as not new)

Faulty Stuff

Really sorry if that happens! If it?s a manufacturing fault within 30 days of getting it, please email us on service@lotnabox.com  and we?ll ping a freepost label back by return, and for big stuff over 5kg, let us know a convenient weekday and we?ll organise collection from you. No problem if you want to send it back yourself, but then you?ll have to pay the postage! Either way you need to at least get a certificate of postage just in case. We?ll get a replacement out to you as soon as we?ve got the faulty one back, and checked and agreed the fault.

After 30 days, and up to the end of the warranty period, you can send it back to us (or the manufacturer) with the original receipt and order reference. We?ll check it over and let you know if we agree the fault. We may even forward it to the manufacturer ourselves for checking. Either way, as long as the fault is because of a manufacturing defect, we?ll let you know if it will be repaired or replaced with another one/nearest (better) equivalent, or refunded -and we?ll get on with it as soon as possible. All you need to do is first of all, let us know of the problem, and get it sent back to us. If it wasn?t a manufacturing fault, we can usually still get it repaired at reasonable cost - we?ll let you know so you can decide what you would like to do.

Incorrect Order

Oops! If we send you a wrong item, let us know on service@lotnabox.com and we?ll send a freepost return label straight away. For big stuff over 5kg, we?ll get it picked up. We?re really sorry, and we?ll get the right thing to you ASAP.
