Shipping: Most orders are shipped on the same or next business day. We typically email tracking numbers the next business day after the item ships. Please note we operate on US Eastern Time, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday & closed most holidays. Under the terms of sale, unless specifically stated otherwise in the ad, we reserve the right to ship within 5 business days. If, for any reason, we cannot ship within 5 business days, the Buyer has the option to cancel the order with full refund or wait until the backorder can be filled. Requesting Express Shipping (Overnight) Does Not Effect Order Processing Time. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable. All items become your property upon pick-up by or delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for the transit time or delays caused by UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other carrier. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged in transit. We ship to the address you provide and use the shipping method you select. Items returned as undeliverable may be resent upon payment by Customer of additional shipping charges. We may substitute the same service type from FedEx for UPS or vice versa at our discretion. Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 3 business days if any products are missing or damaged. If a lost or damaged shipment is insured, we will initiate a claim on your behalf. If damaged, you must preserve the package and contents for inspection by the shipper’s claims agent. UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We may substitute Priority Mail delivery for UPS/FedEx Ground if the cost is similar, otherwise additional shipping will be due or a street address must be provided. All packages are sent signature required, no exceptions. No Local Pick-Up. No 3rd party shipping accounts. If you pay using PayPal we will ship to your PayPal registered address as listed on the PayPal transaction page (regardless of any other address you provide before, during or after checkout). If your PayPal registered address (confirmed or not) is not correct, please update your PayPal account prior to order. You can also add up to 30 home, business and "gift" addresses (i.e. office, school, friends, relatives, etc.). BEFORE CHECKOUT: Login to your PayPal account. Click: Profile > Add or Edit Street Address > Add Address > Add a gift address (Enter your alternate address) > Save Select this alternate address during checkout. You can also change the PayPal shipping address during checkout on PayPal. Click "Change" under the PayPal shipping address, then select the address you want or click "Add" to enter a new address. If you pay by credit card your shipping address, billing address and registered credit card address must all match identically. If not, the payment gateway will automatically decline your card. International Buyers - Express Mail International & Priority Mail International are a part of a global network of postal services. The USPS delivers the package to the local (destination) customs office for final delivery by the local postal system. Once the package has left the US, Customers should contact their local post office to expedite delivery. We are not responsible for international shipping delays. Please be aware that delays, particularly delays in international customs, are common. While these delays typically resolve on their own, the process can take weeks. We have no power to influence these transit delays. If you can not accept the risk of delay do not purchase goods shipped from outside your country. Our items ship from the United States of America. International Buyers (Outside The US) Please Note: - Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery refused, package unclaimed or undeliverable. We ship to the address you provide (or provided by PayPal) via the shipping method you select. It is the buyers risk and responsibility to arrange delivery, if necessary, before the package is returned. Most delivery services will make repeated attempts at delivery. If the package is returned to sender for any reason, the buyer must pay the original shipping charge (actual cost) plus the full cost to reship the item to the buyer. If the buyer chooses not to have the item reshipped, the buyer will pay the original shipping charge (actual cost) plus an additional $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund due. Combined Shipping: You are able to combine items in your order at checkout so keep shopping! We are happy to combine orders to save shipping cost whenever possible. We ship product from multiple locations. Not all items are available from all locations. Obviously we can only combine shipping for items shipping from the same warehouse. Some items are available at more than one location. If we are able, we will consolidate orders to the same warehouse. If you can't combine shipping at checkout, but we can later, we will refund the excess shipping cost to your account. We Will Repair Or Replace Any Item That Arrives Or Becomes Defective Within 90 Days Warranty / Defective Items: If the item arrives or becomes defective (due to a manufacturing defect) within 90 days from the date of purchase the item will be inspected, repaired by certified technicians, or replaced and returned to the Buyer. Simply send us an email and we will reply with an RMA number and return instructions. Items must be shipped to the address provided with your RMA (not our office). Items shipped to our office address will be reshipped to the correct return location at the Customers expense. Please return everything that came in the original package not just what you believe is defective as we will most often replace the item in its entirety and we must return a complete product to the manufacturer for reimbursement. Shipping costs to return products are the Customer's responsibility. Shipping costs to send the item back to you is our responsibility. If you purchase an extended warranty through Square Trade the terms of their warranty will apply. Warranty Return Procedure: All returns must request an RMA number within the time limits discussed above. An RMA number and return instructions will be issued by email within 3 business days. Items must be shipped to the address provided with your RMA (not our office). Items shipped to our office address will be reshipped to the correct return location at the Customers expense. Packages without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. To be accepted, all products being returned must be clearly labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a printed copy of the invoice or packing slip. Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc., as if they are new and in working condition. Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping (click for example). Damaged product(s) will be returned to the customer. Failure to follow these guidelines will invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. All returns are inspected and tested by certified technicians on a "first come" basis. While most returns are processed within 5 business days following receipt of return, please allow 10 business days during busy periods. All returns must be sent via a shipping method that provides package tracking, insurance and proof of delivery such as UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our items. We will repair or replace any item that arrives or becomes defective during the warranty period. Liability: We will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) we sells. It is the Customers responsibility to use all items in full compliance with all local laws, regulations and restrictions and to investigate same prior to purchase. The sole remedy for Buyers and sole liability of the Seller is refund of the purchase price. Claims & Disputes: The venue and jurisdiction of all claims or disputes will be the State of Pennsylvania, County of Mercer, City of Hermitage as applicable. The laws of the State of Pennsylvania shall apply to all transactions.
Payments: We can accept PayPal, Credit Cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover (through PayPal) and other payment methods as approved by eBay. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or to require specific payment types while declining others, to require and ship to confirmed PayPal addresses or registered credit card addresses at our sole discretion. Backorders: We try to maintain perpetual stock of hundreds of items. Many products are imported from around the world. Resupply orders are placed at predetermined stock levels based on typical vendor delivery time. The system works very well and backorders are rare and typically short, but they do happen. In the event of a backorder we will notify you promptly by email. You may choose to wait for the backorder to be filled or at any point thereafter cancel the order. In the unlikely event the vendor cannot fill these orders in a timely fashion we may be forced to discontinue the item and cancel orders. We will promptly provide a full refund of your purchase.
