We only accept Paypal payments for our buy it now items and we will only ship to the address given on the Paypal statement. Please make sure you use the delivery address in your paypal payment and not in the eBay or paypal notes as we can only ship to the address given by paypal. Refunds/Returns

We will only accept returns and give refunds on faulty goods and not the condition of the item if the product you purchase is a graded product.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Digicare UK requires you to send a notice of cancellation in writing or by Email within 7 working days, starting the day after your item has been delivered. Your return must be sent at your own cost. If the product is lost or damaged in transit back to Digicare UK, we cannot be held responsible. All returned goods must be in As Good as New condition with as much of the original packaging intact as possible. All of the box and packaging must be intact. All accessories must be unopened including remotes, manuals and batteries. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. Any free gifts or accessories must also be returned unused.

Its Headquarters are sited less than a mile from junction 4 on the M54 motorway and within easy reach of East Midlands and Birmingham airports. Digicare was founded in July 2004 as a major authorised repair centre for Samsung Electronics (UK), repairing all types of consumer and business products. It has one of Samsung Europe's leading laptop repair operations, along with on-site field engineers around the country repairing large business printers on behalf of Samsung (UK). In November 2008 DIGICARE expanded its operation to premises in Oldbury, (just a few miles from the centre of Birmingham, on the side of the M5 motorway at junction 2). This is now a designated Samsung repair walk-in centre . In January 2009 DIGICARE became a designated supplier of Samsung camera parts and accessories: and in July 2009 the Telford headquarters became an EPSON express centre enabling EPSON customers to carry-in faulty printers for an instant diagnosis and repair. DIGICARE is able to use contacts with its many partners to provide attractively priced spare parts, accessories and consumables as displayed in this site.
