We do not refund postage for items ordered in error or sent to a wrong address if the advert offers free postage there will be a 20% restocking fee to cover postage costs. Not received your itemIf your estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your item please contact us so we can track your item, if your item has been sent by royal mail please give up to 3 days after the estimated delivery date as royal mail only estimate their delivery dates and they sometimes can take longer.
