A shelf pulled item is a product which may have been on store or warehouse shelves, and has been redistributed due to reasons of overstock or discontinuation (not defective recall). Unless otherwise indicated, the packaging may show signs of wear, such as minor tears, scuffs, marks, or creases. Minor packaging flaws do not compromise the quality or integrity of the product itself. Cosmetics generally have a shelf life of 7-10 years, so you can be assured that your product is fresh.
Pricing
I do not obtain products for free (including samples). Sometimes when an item is rare, I pay well over retail. When calculating the price for an item, I must consider the cost of the product to me, eBay/PayPal fees, as well as the cost of packaging and shipping. If you are uncomfortable with the price of this item, please do not purchase. Thanks for your understanding.
Shipping
I ship within 24-48 hours. As much as I'd like to, I really can't control when the post office decides to process First Class packages. They generally process the same day, but on rare occasions there may be up to a 48-72 hour delay. If you would like your item(s) to be shipped via Priority Mail with guaranteed 2-3 day delivery (excepting holidays and Sundays), please choose Priority Mail shipping at checkout.
Returns
Unused cosmetics will be cheerfully refunded; however, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund (the amount can be seen on the original package label). Please remember that shipping is a convenience. It's unreasonable to expect to be reimbursed for shipping in the same way that it is unreasonable to return something to a physical store and expect to be reimbursed for gas! Nor would a physical store issue a refund without the return of the item. I certainly cannot afford to pay for buyer error(s), nor should I be obliged to. If your item is defective or has been grossly misrepresented, please contact me for return details. If a defect or error is noted, your purchase price and return shipping cost will be promptly refunded in full.

Due to a handful of unfortunate individuals, I can no longer assume a customer is deserving of positive feedback just because an item has been paid for. It is my deepest regret that I can no longer leave feedback until it is left for me. * At that time appropriate feedback will be left for you. Also, I no longer request feedback revisions.
