Please Contact Us before ordering items for delivery to BFPO addresses as restrictions may apply for some items.
Shipping:
We take great care when packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
Our postage fee only covers material and labour costs. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if paying by cheque.
Generally all items are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment.

Under Royal Mail’s guidelines items can only be considered missing after 14 working days have passed. In the event of a lost item a replacement will be sent as soon as the loss has been verified by the courier.
Tailored Mats:
All Tailored Mats are Cut to Order unless otherwise stated.
These take Approx 5 Working Days to Cut and please allow 48 Hours for Courier Delivery after this time.
Returns:
Faulty or damaged goods:
You may return an item which has been received damaged or genuinely faulty for a replacement or refund. Before returning any item(s) please Contact Us.
It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Once the item has been received and verified by us we will issue the refund. In this case we will also refund your return postage.
If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and you will be charged for the carriage costs.
Incorrect Item or not as described:
You may return an item which was incorrect or not as described for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect. In this case we will also refund your return postage.
Unwanted Item:
You have the statutory right to return any item within 14 working days of receiving it for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and processed. We will not refund any associated postage costs with unwanted items.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
