Shipping Is Done Through FedEx. If tickets are emailed to you, you will be asked to confirm you can view/print tickets.

Please note, this option is only for certain tickets and is not available for every ticket and/or event.
If tickets are emailed to you as your choice of delivery, then in order to deliver your tickets, you must be available by phone with access to the email address on file with ebay, and a working printer (laser or ink jet not dot matrix printer) where while we are on the phone recording the delivery conversation you will be asked to read text from the printed tickets so we can confirm you have the tickets you contracted to buy are correctly printed and you are ready and able to attend and enjoy the event. We do this as proof of delivery for ebay and paypal as well as to assure that our customers have printed one of each ticket not accidentally duplicated any ticket and left out one or more tickets that needed to be printed and so we are absolutely sure you have the correct tickets in hand. No exceptions to this rule for email ticket delivery.
Refund Policy - Unless an event is cancelled there are NO REFUNDS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS except for reasons of a price or location typo in the listing or prior sale as outlined below. However a FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN for any cancelled event. Delivery costs if any however are not refunded as FedEx is not very understanding about making refunds once they have delivered your package! No refunds will be given for postponed or rescheduled events, you will be expected to attend the new date or find someone who can attend. In the event of a rainout for baseball, the tickets must be returned by you the customer, to the ballpark for some game not yet sold out, or whatever refund policy the ballpark has at the time. Rainouts are never returned to Ticketservice as we do not give refunds for baseball rainouts.
Other disclaimer - Ticketservice is not responsible for seating changes made by a venue or unusual stage set-ups that may hamper view. Ticketservice relies on the original seller of the ticket to print or mark every limited or obstructed seat on the ticket. Any such failure, shall not be considered the fault of Ticketservice and having fulfilled our obligation of supplying a ticket with matching section and seat numbers that are not marked or printed obstructed or limited view we have completed our obligation. The information on this site may contain typographical errors concerning ticket prices, times, and event information. Ticketservice is not responsible for any such errors.
Seating Charts - The seating chart shown may not be up to date or accurate in our storefront or auction. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the seats are acceptable before you bid please consult the venue website or original seller of event to be assured you know the location of the tickets you are buying are acceptable or correct before you bid on or buy the tickets we offer.
Please note our tickets are listed on other exchanges and sites, and direct sales to customers, therefore on rare occasion tickets listed in our eBay store are subject to prior sale. If this is the case, we may be able to replace or upgrade your seats at the same price and we will offer you an upgrade or replacement if available, and it will be your choice to accept that replacement, or cancel the transaction. We will not be liable for any damages due to any duplicate order or prior sales.
