Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Buyer must contact us within 2 days of receiving merchandise to state they are returning it. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Item will only be accepted if all original packaging (tags, care card, gift receipt, gift box, etc) is returned in the same original condition it was sent and returned with insurance and delivery confirmation within 7 days of receiving item. NO EXCEPTIONS IF TAGS ARE REMOVED. Original shipping charges, including those items offered with free shipping, will not be refunded. You must have approval before shipping any item back.
