Since our Nib Meister custom grinds, and writes each nib in by hand, the italic nibs are more expensive, however offer you a varied handwriting style that cannot be achieved with Pilot's regular nib selection. Within the U.S. the charge for shipping is a flat rate of $5.95, and international shipping is a flat rate of $16.95. The service used for U.S. shipping is expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail®) which usually takes between 2 - 4 days to be delivered. International shipping is done by US Postal Service Priority Mail International (Small Flat Rate Box) and can take anywhere between 13-17 business days to be delivered. If you wish to opt for another shipping option please send us a message at the time of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Return Policy:
Returns must be made within 30 days of the sale and will receive a full refund of the Pen's cost. As the buyer you will be required to pay return shipping and the pen must be unused and be returned in its box as it was when you received it.
Warranty:All of our pens are guaranteed new and in box. We extend an extra two year warranty after the manufacturers warranty against mechanical defects from date of purchase. If your pen is defective please message us and we will arrange to have it replaced or repaired after receiving the pen and examining its defect(s).
