Sales Tax

For shipments to Pennsylvania addresses, we are required by state law to collect 6% sales tax.

Shipping

We ship domestically and Internationally through the USPS and FedEx. All orders are shipped the same day Monday through Friday if your payment is received by 3pm est. Orders received after 3pm est will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. FedEx does not ship to Post Office boxes or any type of box. We only ship through the postal service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's and US Minor Outlying Islands.

Tracking information is automatically sent to you when your order is processed. USPS tracking can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update.

With overnight shipping if your order is placed around our cutoff time please email us to see if your order got in the last batch or not. Overnight orders placed on Friday's are delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is a special service that costs more than regular overnight. If you are interested in Saturday delivery please contact us for a quote.

On international orders our FedEx prices are for shipping addresses within their normal delivery areas. If your address is out of FedEx's normal delivery area then your order will be shipped through USPS Priority mail. On international orders you may be charged duties and taxes which we are not responsible for.

Our shipping costs also include the cost of the packaging box, packaging material used to protect the product and/or any other material used during the processing of the order.

Customer Service

If there are any problems with your order please contact us immediately. We are more than willing to help you out with any problem, but we need to be made aware of it. If you have any questions or comments you can email us through Ebay. Before purchasing an item please make sure that it is compatible with your system. You can always contact us if you are unsure. We are only able to provide limited technical support on the products that we sell. We trust that the buyer understands what he or she is ordering and how to correctly install their part.

Positive feedback is left automatically once we receive your payment. Please email us about any problems before leaving us neutral or negative feedback. We take care of every problem that is brought to our attention and we answer every email that is sent to us. If we do not get back to you within 24 hours M-F please email us again because we probably did not get the email.

Returns
All returns must obtain an RMA # and the RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without an RMA # will be refused.

Return for refund:
Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days the item purchased may no longer be returned. On items returned for a refund there will be a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund any shipping charges. The buyer is also responsible for sending the item back.

DOA Items:
If an item is DOA please contact us immediately and we will exchange it. In the event that you receive a defective item we will cover the shipping charges. If you do not wish to exchange the defective item it will be treated as a return and you will be responsible for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us.

Exchanges:
An item may only be exchanged for something similar to the item purchased. An example would be if you accidently purchased the wrong keyboard then we can exchange it for the correct keyboard. The buyer would be responsible for all shipping charges and differences in price.
