30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Within 30 days of receiving an item, an incorrect, defective or not as described item may be returned for a full refund including all shipping charges. Returns for any other reason must be made within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee of 15% with no refund on shipping charges. All returned items must be received in original condition with all parts and packaging included.

PAYMENTS
Payment is due with within 4 days. Unpaid items are relisted after 4 days. For items being shipped, we accept PayPal Only. For items available for Pickup at our store, we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, PayPal and Cash. If you are picking up your item please call our office to schedule your pickup to avoid your item being relisted in case you are unable to pick up your item within 4 days. We are flexible and understand sometimes buyers need extra time to pickup an item or are traveling form a far away distance - we just need to know so we don't relist the item. DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING

For items weighing 1 to 50 pounds we ship within one business day of receiving payment using UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground or USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. HDTVs can only be shipped to the 48 Unites States. For large screen HDTVs your item will be shipped via UPS Freight. UPS Freight is only available in the 48 United States. UPS Freight is not available to HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO or other US Protected Territories. For the 48 United States, UPS Freight will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. To avoid a denied damage claim, please open and inspect the item before the UPS Freight driver leaves. Note damage on delivery slip, refuse item and contact us to report damage. If the item states Local Pickup Only, this item item cannot be shipped because of the weight, size or susceptibility to shipping damage. These items must be picked up at our warehouse.
