Customs charges will be levied when the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will vary by country. Rocky Mountain Cyclery is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may contact your local customs office for further information.
Rocky Mountain Cyclery and its shipping partners are not able to influence local delivery practices. The arrival times for international shipping may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.

Canceling or Modifying an Order Rocky Mountain Cyclery strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. To facilitate this goal, we process and ship orders throughout the day. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfillment process.

Payment Policy:
We at RMC wish to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. All payments must me received within 3 days of purchase. This includes Open Auctions and Buy it Now purchases. While we desire to do all we can to assist you in your shopping experience, we cannot combine purchases occurring more than 3 days apart from one another. Exceptions to this policy will be on a case by case basis. Buyer is to make payment promptly; if more time is needed, we ask you to contact us within 24 hours to work out payment arrangements.
Payment in full must be made within seven days of purchase.

By PayPal PayPal is the preferred method of payment and is the only acceptable form of payment for International Buyers.

Returns
Return Policy:
While we at RMC strive to add to your cycling experience by selling great quality gear at exceptional prices, we understand that not everything works out the way we hope, and the need to return items is a reality. We hope that this return policy can be an added value to you while considering choosing us as an online shopping partner.

If for whatever reason you receive your purchase and change your mind, please return it back to us within 14 days of receipt and once received by our Customer Service Team, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment. All items must be received in the exact same condition they were sent out in, with all original packaging and paperwork. We cannot issue refunds for products that are missing parts or have been used. Outside of the 14 day return policy window, all return requests will be handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If what you receive does not match the description in the listing, please contact us right away to let us know of our error. We will handle your case with priority and diligence, desiring only to get you what you originally ordered and aid you in getting the incorrect item sent back to us.
