OVERVIEW OF OUR PROCEDURES & POLICIES
WARRANTY:
We
offer a 30-day warranty on all new items. Warranty starts from the item
delivery date. If there is shipping damage, we must be contacted within
24 hrs of package delivery date.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Before returning an item please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable .
Please also keep in mind in order to receive a full item credit, items
must be returned to us in same new condition as they arrived with all
packaging in tact.
If
there is anything wrong with the item that was caused on our end
(incorrect item sent, damage, manufacturer defect, etc) please contact
us ASAP. We will look at a number of different options (money refund,
credit, exchange, etc) and find a solution that best suits Your needs.
If
you should receive a defective or damaged item please e-mail or call us
FIRST, before leaving us negative feedback. We are here to help and
want to ensure you have positive shopping experience.
POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES:
- Restocking Fee. All personal reason returns (not caused by seller/manufacturer) for refund are subject to 20%
(up to $10) re-stocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return
shipping. Returns must be in same brand-new condition as when we shipped
them out, showing no signs of wear or use.

We reserve the right to charge additional fee if items are returned to
us in not re-sellable condition or for other unforeseen reasons that
cause us monetary loss.
- Re-Shipping Fee.
When a package is returned to us (wrong address provided, unclaimed,
etc) and if you would like the package reshipped you will be charged any
returned shipping charges incurred to us as well as second re-shipping
fees to you. We are charged these fees by our carriers and since they
were not caused by us, we will pass them on to the buyer when we are
provided an incorrect address or a package is unclaimed. Please verify
you are providing us with the correct address to avoid such issues.
