Please allow 15 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.

Any orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Any orders after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

All digital printed garments, especially those designed with dark colors, are prone to fading over time. Digital printed garments can be preserved for a long period of time if these recommended care instructions are followed.

• Washing- Wash inside out and set on a gentle machine cycle in cold water.
• Drying- Line dry. Machine drying is not recommended.
• Ironing- Iron inside out on a low heat setting without the use of steam. This step also aids in refreshing the colors in the design. Do not iron directly on the print.

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return an item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Order Cancellation. Items that are in their original supplied condition (i.e. brand new, clean, unworn, unmarked condition any with tags) can be returned to us within 7 days. Your right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.

Conform to Contract. Items that are not of "satisfactory quality", "as described", and "fit for purpose" can be returned within 14 days. We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged due to improper care.

To make a return either contact us through ebay or send an email to returns@apparelprinting.co.uk. Please provide your ebay item number, item name, and reason for return. We will respond to you within 24 hours and provide you with instructions for making the return.

We will send you an email as soon as your item has been received and applied your refund via PayPal. This is usually done within 1 working day.

We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

You are responsible for postage and packaging return costs and obtaining proof of postage. We recommend that you return items at the Post Office and request a free Certificate of Postage. If your returned item is lost then you will be able to receive compensation from the Post Office.

We are committed to giving complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us through eBay to resolve the situation.
