Returns only for items that are GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED. All items must be returned in the same condition as received upon delivery. No exceptions. Buyer must contact me for a Return Authorization prior to any and ALL returns. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Item being returned must be received by me within 10 days of date you received item.  A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply (no exceptions).
