Domestic shipping is through USPS First Class Mail and Priority
Mail. Sometimes, especially with multiple item orders, we may use UPS.
International shipping is through USPS Express Mail Int'l (EMS). The
shipping confirmation with Tracking or Delivery Confirmation
number, is sent to you automatically by eBay.
Your item will be shipped to your eBay/PayPal confirmed address;
please make sure it is up-to-date. We cannot ship to a different address
than the one listed in your order.
Warranty and Returns Return Policy
-For UNOPENED items: please contact us within 14 from receipt and
we will refund your purchase within 1 business day of receipt.
-For DEFECTIVE items: 30-day exchange or refund warranty (your
choice). Items must be
defective and returned in good condition with all its parts,
instructions, etc. Please, contact us before returning the item and we
will work with you to resolve any issue.
