General Information
Our distribution facility is located in Miami, Florida, USA.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our processing department works Monday-Friday. Orders are processed normally the same day if placed before noon, or the next day after your payment has cleared. Only high amount order payments may be delayed for a couple of days until we pass through security and confirmation steps to guarantee the safety of your transactions.
What are your current hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6PM EST..
If I purchase today, when will my package be shipped?
We offer SAME DAY SHIPPING for orders completed before 12:00 pm EST (Mon-Friday)
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
We do not have a showroom but if you are interested in picking up your package from our warehouse, please contact customer service (you can find the ASK QUESTION link at the bottom of any DigitalGOJA ad) in advance so that we can arrange for our warehouse to have the items available for pickup.
NOTE: Florida residents are required to pay an additional 7% sales tax, this is also applied to purchases picked up in person.

Do you send PayPal Money request to complete payments?

What is the return policy?
We offer 60 day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied or no longer need the product, we would be happy to take the product back for a refund. Refunds will be given as money back or exchange (buyer's choice).
Can I cancel my order after I complete my purchase?
Yes, but please take in consideration that we ship the SAME DAY for orders completed before 12:00 pm EST (Mon-Friday).

Shipping Information
What shipping carrier do you use to send your packages?
We send most of our packages through United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders over a pound in weight ship Priority Mail.
Can I choose the shipping carrier for the shipment of my package?

Can I change my shipping address after I complete my purchase?
Yes, but please notify us of any change immediately after checkout. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST. ship the same business day and we cannot stop orders once they have shipped.
How much does it cost to ship my package?

What locations are included for Domestic shipments?
Continental United States, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands apply under the Domestic United States rates.
Yes. We ship to almost all locations Worldwide. International items are shipped via United States Postal Service. We offer Standard and Expedited Shipping services for international orders. How long does it take for Domestic Shipments to arrive?
In order to provide fast shipping for our customers, all our orders are shipped out the same or next business day. During holidays we offer increased shipping hours in order to guarantee your order will ship on time. Most of our shipments arrive before the estimated arrival date, but sometimes USPS can delay shipments for a few days.

How long does it take for International Shipments to arrive?
SHIPPING METHOD
International Standard Shipping: 15 - 35 business days (estimated)
International Priority Shipping: 10 - 20 business days (estimated)
Although all packages are shipped the next business day and most international packages arrive to their final destination in less than 15 business days, some international packages may take as long as 30 days to arrive depending on each particular country's postal system and customs.
Slower delivery time has been reported by some of our international buyers in Russia, Spain, and Eastern European countries. If you need your package to arrive sooner than 30 days, please upgrade your shipping to Express Mail International.

Will I receive a Tracking number?
Yes. As soon as we ship your order you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.
Will my tracking number show updates?
Domestic: All Domestic tracking numbers are traceable. Please use the tracking number you have received via email and follow your package on USPS
International: USPS provides detailed and reliable tracking information for certain countries. The tracking number you will receive will allow you to find the information available from USPS. Regardless of the shipping method, we offer 100% satisfaction and we guarantee that we will do everything for your complete satisfaction.
I have not received my package yet, why?
As soon as your package was shipped we sent a confirmation email with the tracking number:
Domestic: Please use the tracking number you have received and go to the following address: USPS and you can track your package.
International: The tracking number you have received will only show updates on USA territories and in some international countries. If the tracking number has stopped showing updates it means that your package is out of USA territories or a trackable international package. If it has been more than 30 days, please contact customer service (you can find the ASK QUESTION link at the bottom of any DigitalGOJA ad).
I tracked my shipment, and there are no scans. What should I do?
Domestic: If it has been more than 24 hours since you have received the email confirmation with the tracking number, please contact customer service (you can find the ASK QUESTION link at the bottom of any DigitalGOJA ad) and we will be happy to find a solution for you.
International: USPS offers detailed tracking to some international countries but not to all countries. If your tracking number does not give you any information it may be because your country-s postal system does not give USPS the ability to track a package. Please contact us and we will help you determine the status of your shipment.
If the tracking number says "Delivered" and I have not received it yet, what can I do?
Sometimes the USPS system updates the tracking number as Delivered before the package was actually delivered, so please wait 24 hours after you see this message. If your package still has still not been delivered after 24 hours please contact customer service (you can find the ASK QUESTION link at the bottom of any DigitalGOJA ad) and we will help you find your package.
Only Florida residents and packages shipped to a Florida address are required to pay an additional 7% Florida sales tax. State laws require that any package purchased in state will pay sales tax during checkout even if you pick up your product personally.
Does the Purchase Price I paid include import duties, taxes, and related charges for international orders?
No. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
I have a Tax Exempt Certificate. How do I place a tax exempt order?
