We understand that receiving the item that you have paid for in good time is crucial, especially if you are relying on that specific item for an up-coming event and we use two very well known couriers being Royal Mail & DHL.
Both companies will bring your item direct to your door/workplace. Depending on the preference of your item the following postal options are available:
Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class (Recorded Option Available)
Europe & Rest of World Recorded Items
If you are not 100% happy with your item, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Please also include a note with your username, order number or Postal Code in order for us to deal with your refund/replacement smoothly.
Please note that all items are still held responsible by the customer until they reach our warehouse and we will not be held responsible for any items sent to us in error.
Please return item within 60 days for a full refund.
