Thank the accumulated experience, XinoIT is glad to propose T5 CAMBUS SMD LED BULBS,
specific
to
be fitted in the DEPO / FK Angel Eyes headlights, without any problem at the CHECK-CONTROL system.
Poor T5 LEDs often burn out, do not work continuously, sometimes are
too large to fit in the T5 seat,
and have
very poor light output, much lower than
the original 2,3W T5 incandescent lamps, a factor that together
with
the problem of the check-control, discourages most people to replacing the original bulbs with LEDs.
With these new LEDs you have a SUPERIOR brightness than the original bulbs
Mostly, there are no other T5 LEDs able to turn off the OBD ERROR !!
The T5 bulbs of the angel eye rings are not easily accessible, so you need to replace the original bulbs with
efficient and reliable LEDs, without often disassemble the lighthouse to check or replace them.
The two SMD LEDs are turned at the sides, to eliminate the punctiform effect, tipical of the ordinary T5 LEDs.
By placing
all
the
LED bulbs
in the headlamp,
your car will not mark any ERROR and you don't need to install additional resistors!

They fit into in T5 bases without any measures problems (before insertion is recommended
to
expand the 2 copper pins (+/-)
with a screwdriver
of the T5 bases, to prevent any togheter contact)
High Brightness SMD LEDs are turned on either side, to the rings and not the top, then there will be
no effect typical of the normal point led to a convex lens, the ring is well
illuminated evenly, even better than the LED light concave (inverted cone).

Here is a comparison of these new T5 LED (on left) and T5 LED 5mm with inverted cone (on right). Although the T5 LED inverted
cone (on the right ring) have a wide light range, have limited power and you notice the "points of light" where they are fixed. Instead,
the left ring with these new T5 SMD LED, you don't perceive where they are fixed, the ring is much brighter and homogeneous:

NOTE: Some angel eyes headlights (so far we know DEPO BMW E81-E87, BMW E90-E91; OPEL OMEGA B models)
have blued plastic rings, not transparent like most models. This alterate the light color, the rings will appear more blued.
So who wants to install T5 SMD LED bulbs on lighthouse models with blued plastic rings, must take account of this detail.
In very rare cases the power consumption of these LEDs was not be able to solve the check-control problems and it was
necessary the installation of small additional resistors.
