Payment by Paypal is the best option for a quick
and easy purchase. If you do not have a Paypal account, don't worry. You
can use Paypal to pay by your credit card, without creating an account.
Cheques are accepted, but for low value items a small
surcharge may be applicable, to cover the costs involved of banking the
cheque into a business bank account.
Local buyers are welcome to pay
cash on collection, but are asked to bring the exact amount in
correct change.
If a VAT invoice is required, please
ask for one at the time of the order and a printed one can be sent
with it. They can also be emailed.

Where possible, goods are sent by Royal
Mail. Some heavier items may require a courier service.
All goods are dispatched within 24
hours of the order being paid for, Monday to Friday. In most cases,
they will be sent the same day, if bought before 3:30pm, except on a
Wednesday, when it will be if bought before 11:30am.
It is important that your order reaches
you in good condition, so a variety of packing materials are used
to ensure this happens. Depending on the order, this can include
new mailing products such as bubble-wrap, jiffy packs, cardboard
mailers or PVC mailing bags and also recycled mailing products,
such as re-used cardboard boxes.
In the rare event that there is a
problem preventing your order from being sent within these times,
you will be contacted immediately to advise of the delay
and resolve the matter to
your satisfaction. |
Items can be returned for a refund
within 14 days, if unused and still in the original packaging. The
cost of returning the item is to be met by the buyer. Please advise
that the item is to be returned before sending it and mark the
outside of the envelope with your ebay user ID.
If the item is damaged in some way,
either partially or completely, then please send a message via ebay asking
for either a repair, a replacement or a
refund. |
