Make sure you grease the threads before use. It is not recommended to use an impact driver to remove a flywheel (only as a last resort).  It can damage both the puller and the flywheel!  Use only hand tools to remove part. Only use a heavy hammer to firmly strike the head of this tool if your flywheel is difficult to remove.

We have to answer this question far too often, so:


No, we do not have a brick & mortar store you can come to. It costs far too much to do that. This is why there are so few b&m stores left. NO PROFIT IN IT! Online shopping is where it's at.  We ship only. It is much simpler and easier for us all.

Regarding our Return/Refund Policy:

We accept all returns, AND--

We happily pay return shipping if WE were at fault:

  • Item broke (but was not misused)
  • Was blatantly misrepresented
  • Specs of item were not what ad stated
  • Fitment was clearly incorrect vs what ad stated

You pay return shipping if YOU were at fault:

  • Misused the item
  • Damaged the item due to lack of proper use
  • Or you merely HOPED the item would fit your application, but you weren't really certain if it would (called the Guinea Pig Rule)
  • Or you just don't want the item for some random reason
  • There is nothing abnormal about this policy. We stand behind everything we sell on here.  But we are not some humongous store who can afford to pay thousands of dollars per year in return shipping if we were not at fault.


We should not have to have all of these "disclaimers", but there are a few buyers who try to "work the system" to either get something for free, do not read ads thoroughly, or want to get free return shipping (and they were at fault). We have seen it all on here. Our ads are insanely detailed FOR YOUR BENEFIT.  If you do not agree with this policy, please do not buy. There are plenty of other sellers who will be glad to have your business.  Honesty is always the best policy.

Let's just clutter our page a bit more with yet ANOTHER Disclaimer regarding shipping & handling:

If you are really desperate for any eBay item (especially ours,) we highly recommend you select (and pay for) our Expedited Shipping. You will see this option upon checkout. This assures you the quickest handling and shipping service we offer.

Expedited Orders placed Monday-Friday (other than Holidays) before 3:00pm Eastern Time go out the SAME DAY (and typically take 3-5 business days - or less - to arrive depending on where you are in the continental US.) Whereas Economy (aka SLOW/FREE) orders will wait in line with all the other schmucks and take 36-48 hours to go out depending on our backlog - and can take 4-10 business days to arrive (thank goodness we have quite a large stack of orders at all times.)

This is why we offer the faster shipping methods - for YOUR benefit - if you are in a jam.

We are not going to jump your Economy Order over all the others that we have ahead of yours - because that is just unfair to them. We are very fair people here. So, pay the few extra dollars, get your order out QUICK - and save your life.

For Overseas / International Buyers: You are responsible for your country's import / duty taxes and any other required import fees (if any.)  US eBay Sellers have no way of knowing what these fees might be. None of this is in our control - nor is any delay in international shipping or Customs.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING NOTE - Orders placed after OUR business hours (7a-4p Eastern Time Mon-Fri) or on weekends or national holidays will be processed the following business day (Mon-Fri unless said holiday falls on a Mon-Fri, then shipment will go out the NEXT business day following said holiday.) If the post office is closed (or delayed) there is nothing we can do about it.  Do not rely on the shipping "estimates" this site shows you prior to purchase. That is only shown so that you can decide which shipping service MIGHT better suit your needs.  That info is not attached to the actual shipment (impossible because the item hasn't even been labeled or shipped yet.) But even after the shipment has left our door, do not place all faith in USPS' ability to scan packages and keep shipment info updated to the "T".  Their alleged "info" is sketchy, at BEST.  So, if you are really desperate for an item, you might want to contact us FIRST to see if your deadline is possibly doable. We strive to meet your expectations, but sometimes either due to holidays, after-hours purchases, USPS delays, or other strange circumstances, there is nothing we can do about any of that. U.S. Christmas Holiday multiplies delays x3.  Once the package has left our hands - it is all about USPS from there on.  We do not hand-deliver packages to customers. But we often get blamed - even if we did nothing wrong.  Surely, this makes sense to some of you...

Because there are a few bad apples who try to abuse the Returns process, if we are not at fault, there is a 25% restocking fee, and the buyer must pay to return item. Otherwise, we are more than happy to accept responsibility if the ad was misleading or information was incorrect. If you are only moderately certain this item MIGHT fit your application, there is certain risk involved for you. Buyers who do not accept responsibility for their risk and try to hold us responsible for their inability to do their homework in advance are also subject to being banned from this store in the future. I'm sorry, but we are not WalMart.  Make sure you read the ad, view all photos of the item, see all Checkout Messages in detail!  Contact us in advance if you need more info about this item.
