At ABC Vacuum Warehouse, you get vacuum cleaners at the lowest possible price, shipped direct to your door, with the best possible service. It is what we do and have done since 1977. 



ABC Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse has been in the mail order vacuum business since 1977, and have provided mail order customers with quality vacuum cleaners at discount prices since 1977. We have also been selling vacuum cleaners via ABCvacuum.com since 1996. 



Here at ABC Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse we concentrate on volume while maintaining personal attention to our customers. 



How do we sell vacuum cleaners for such low prices? We buy in volume! We also purchase from a network of suppliers that have overstock or are going out of business. Overhead is kept low and employees are not paid through commission. We literally stack 'em high and sell 'em cheap!

Payments must be made prior to shipment. We only accept payment through PayPal or credit cards through PayPal. If you are paying with a PayPal eCheck, we will have to wait until your eCheck clears before we can ship out your order. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still check out through Paypal as a guest by using your credit card.

We charge 8.25% sales tax for items shipped to Texas.

Shipping at ABC Vacuum Warehouse


FREE Ground Shipping In The Lower 48 States*-All vacuum cleaners, due to the size of the packages, are shipped with standard ground. Expedited shipping is not available. Orders weighing over 6 lbs. (Vacuums, Air Purifiers, and Other Appliances) Shipping is Free via insured Ground (typically 3-7 days) with tracking numbers unloaded to eBay.



For orders weighing under 6 lbs. (Bags, Belts, and Accessories) shipping is Free via USPS Parcel Post (typically 5-10 days). 



Shipping Time:

Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days for via ground shipping. Orders are shipped out the same day they are placed if before noon Central Standard Time on Monday through Friday. Friday afternoon and weekend orders will ship out on the following Monday.



We do not not ship outside of the U.S. Any items that are shipped to forwarding companies are not covered under eBay buyer protection. For more information, please contact eBay directly.



Exceptions: 



Alaska and Hawaii: We are unable to ship large items such as vacuum cleaners or appliances to AK or HI. Free shipping for bags, belts, and small accessories. Will be sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. 



APO and FPO: We are unable to ship large items such as vacuum cleaners or appliances to APO and FPO. Free shipping for bags, belts, and accessories. Will be sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. 



We do not ship Express, Overnight, Next Day Air, and 2ndDay Air due to security and large expense.



We do not ship internationally. Shipping is very costly internationally. We only sell 120-volt machines that do not operate in most countries outside the USA. Warranty and return coverage for our products are only valid in the USA. Therefore, we limit sales within the states. Also, we do not ship to US Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. 



Important Notes: 



*Our Ground Shipping does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO's, or FPO's. US Postal is required for those items. 



**These items are always shipped US Priority Mail and are Generally received within 4-5 days from placement of the order.


***Due to security concerns, we do not ship to Hotel/Motel guests.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

The holiday season is a very busy time for us, and even though we have brought in more customer service personnel, we still aren't able to answer every email or respond to requests to cancel orders, change products, or change the delivery address before the item ships. It is very important that you make sure that all the information provided to us is correct before submitting your order, otherwise please call us at 1-(800)-285-8145 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM Central Time) to cancel your order. 

Address Changes

Under eBay's seller policy, we have to ship to the address listed in the order. This address cannot be changed after the order is placed. 

Please make sure that your addresses in eBay and PayPal are correct before you place your order. We ship all orders to the address listed in the eBay and PayPal order information. We only receive one address. The buyer is responsible for providing us with the correct address. 

If you placed an order with an incorrect address you need to contact us by phone as soon as you discover it, 1-800-285-8145 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM Central Time). Please do not send emails. We process orders as they come in so it is imperative that you act quickly. We cannot change the address, but we can cancel the order and then you can place the order with a corrected address.

If the order has already shipped out and you need to change the address, we charge $35 for package intercepts. This correction fee will be charged to your credit card. We cannot change the address, but we can have the order brought back to us and issue a refund. We will not be held responsible for address corrections after the order has already been delivered.

Order Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an order that's already been placed during our normal business hours of Monday thru Friday - 9AM to 5:00PM Central, we suggest you give us a call at 1-(800)-285-8145 to guarantee your order is canceled and promptly refunded. Please note, our cut off ship time is at 3:00 PM central time zone. If your order ships during this time and you still need to cancel, there is a $20 re-route and cancel fee.

30-Day Return Policy:

Customers have 30 days from the shipment date to return merchandise. When customers contact ABC Vacuum Warehouse within the 30 day window, they have the option to receive a replacement (while units are available) or a refund with ABC paying the return shipping. Free return labels are sent via email. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, the replacement unit will be shipped or the refund will be issued within 48 business hours. We do not take returns for refund or exchange after 30 days. To set up a return, please contact us via eBay messages or call 1-(800)-285-8145 Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM Central Time.

International Buyers and Forwarding Companies:
Our return policy is only valid within the USA. Package forwarding to non-USA verified addresses are excluded from eBay buyer protection plan. Return shipping labels are not covered for items outside of the US.
