Polymorph

An unusual nylon-like plastic with remarkable properties. After being heated to over 62°C this material begins to melt and becomes mouldable by hand, it is re-usable as many times as you like. Polymorph has immense strength and an unlimited amount of possible uses. This plastic is typically white in colour, non-toxic and fully biodegradable. Each pellet is approximately 3mm in diameter. Polymorph is compatible with our polymer colouring pigments. Only use warm water when melting this polymer and do NOT overheat to temperatures over 100°C
Volume: 1kg of Polymorph is around 952 cubic cm.

1. Heat to over 62°C

2. Wait until melted

3. Remove from water using a non-plastic tool

4. Allow to cool slightly

5. Mould by hand (add colour at this stage if required)

6. Allow to harden

7. Re-heat if required
