RESOLVING ISSUES/ FEEDBACK

If for any reason you want to return an item or seek partial refund, please communicate with us first before opening a case with eBay. We have a track record of successfully resolving buyers' concern without resorting to eBay's resolution centre. Opening a return case without contacting us beforehand often unnecessarily complicates things and is counter productive for both Seller and Buyer.

Likewise, if you are not happy with any aspect of the deal, please refrain from leaving neutral or negative feedback before contacting us first. We will do our best to resolve any issue for our buyers.

We usually leave feedback for Buyer once Buyer has left feedback for us, because only until then we will have known that no further service is required from us.

SIZE & MEASUREMENTS

We do not accept responsibility if an item does not fit the person, or if Buyer disagrees on the marked size or our suggested size, unless we put the wrong marked size in description, or the relevant measurements we provided are significantly inaccurate. We strongly encourage you to check the measurements and compare them with a similar item you already have. If you have any doubt about the measurements or size, please contact us to double check them or request further details.

 If the item does not fit Buyer –

a)     Except for a “Return Not Accepted” item, if it is NOT mainly due to any substantial inaccuracy in the relevant measurement(s), Buyer may return it (Buyer to pay return postage) to us within 7 days after delivery for a refund of the purchase price only, but not the original postage & handling cost.

For clarification, if there is no substantial inaccuracy in the measurements, or if relevant measurements are not provided in the description and Buyer did not request measurements or further information prior to purchase, and it does not fit Buyer or Buyer disagrees on our judgement of size, the same return policy applies.

b)     If we accept that it IS mainly due to substantial inaccuracy in the relevant measurement(s), Buyer may return it (Seller to pay return postage) to us within 7 days after delivery for a full refund.

c)     All returned items must be unworn/unused by Buyer and in the original condition as delivered.

 POSTAGE & DELIVERY

1)     Local pick-up is always welcome. Address: Silver Linings Fashion, Westgate Mall, Cantonment St, Fremantle, WA. Please contact us before buying it, so that we can add pick-up option and make appointment for pickup. 

 Combined postage - We always combine postage wherever possible and practicable. If you  buy more than one item and if the combined postage looks likely to be less than sum of individual postage, please request total or just message us before making payment. We will send you invoice with combined postage.

 “Standard Delivery” as a lower-cost delivery option is available for some relatively small and light items. It means Item would be vacuum sealed and posted as a large letter without tracking. The packaging is likely to cause creases, which can be removed by washing (if washable), or steaming/ironing. If you have any concern, please choose or request normal Parcel Post or Express Post. 

  Urgent Posting - If you need the item by a certain date, please contact us, so that we can prioritize the posting, although we have no control over AusPost operations and cannot guarantee delivery time. We also recommend Express Post if you need it urgently. All items can be posted by Express Post. If it's not included in the delivery option, please contact us to add it before buying the item.

 Delivery Time - Items sent by regular Parcel Post from Western Australia to another Australian state/territory usually take around a week, but the delivery time is unpredictable and can be much longer than that.  

 Express Post - All items can be posted by Express Post. If it's not included in the delivery option, please contact us to add it before buying the item.

 International Posting - All items can be posted internationally. Unless Buyer requests tracking or registered post (usually A$7 more), item will be posted via Australia Post Airmail Parcel (or Letter) without tracking or extra cover (insurance). Please contact us to add international delivery option, or tracking, if Buyer wishes.

 Insurance - Unless otherwise stated, Postage & Handling (P&H) costs for domestic parcels worth less than A$80 and for ALL international parcels/letters do not include insurance / extra cover. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost after being posted (including any delivery option, with or without tracking). If Buyer wishes, please contact us to add insurance/ extra cover cost to P&H cost prior to purchase.
