Unfortunately due to an unecessarily high number of timewasters on eBay, Immediate Payment is now required through eBay checkout. Local collection is fine. Please note : The Royal Mail DO NOT regard a Parcel/Package/Letter lost until 15 workings after the expected date of arrival for Domestic items and 25 days for International items. If you haven't received your item, please email or phone us giving us as much info as possible. We will then email you a claims form which needs to be filled completely and posted back to us to enable us to make a claim. All items will be sent well packed and in new self-seal Jiffy bags or boxes in the case of larger items.


Returns will be accepted on faulty or misrepresented goods(we will refund postage on these) as long as you inform us within 14 days of receipt. In line with the DSR's, returns will be accepted as long as we are notified within 7 days from delivery date, postage both ways will be at your expense. Feedback will be left for you once it has been left for us. We are 110% certain you will be happy with any item you purchase from Cottam Guitars, and we'll therefore assume you are happy with your purchase once you have left feedback for us and also take this as confirmation that you have safely received your item/s.
