NEW ITEMS: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. NEW (OTHER) ITEMS: A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. See the seller's listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

USED ITEMS:  All used items are sold AS-IS.  Please be sure to review the full description and all photos for detailed condition of every item and contact us with any questions prior to purchasing or making an offer.  We will accept returns on items that arrived damaged or DOA if those items were listed as tested.

PARTS/REPAIR:  If an item is listed "For Parts or Repair" no returns or refunds are accepted.

POWER CORDS/ACCESSORIES:  Power cords, adapters and power supplies for electronic equipment are only included if specified in the listing above.  Any other accessories including connection cables, manuals, remotes, etc., will only be provided if listed in the items description.

Shipping

Shipping cost:
All items will be shipped using either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will be calculated based on shipping destination, purchase quantity, package dimensions and weight. If you need to make other shipping arrangements please contact us prior to checkout so that we may send you a modified invoice. International shipping will primarily be handled by eBay's Global Shipping Program. If your company does not qualify for shipping under this program we will work with you to get you the best rate possible.

Handling time:
We make every effort to get your purchased products to you as fast as possible. In most situations your item will ship within 1 business day. If for any reason your item will not ship out within 1 business day we will contact you with details and a reason for the delay. Items paid for after 2:00PM EST will not be shipped until the following business day. If you purchase an item after 2:00PM on a Friday, the earliest your item will ship is the following Monday.

In some situations we do not have the correct tools or equipment available to fully test all functions of the items we list for sale. When an item is listed AS-IS, that does not necessarily mean the item does not work, just that we were unable to fully test all of the items functions. If you find that you need to return an item please contact us right away and list your reason for contact as "I have a question about my item" or "Other". There is no need to open a return with eBay because we will always work directly with you and in a timely manner.
