I've owned this bike since 1992 when it was my daily ride. In the late 90's I embarked on a bit of an upgrade and made a few modifications. A busy life with Family and work took priority. I moved on to other projects and the RZ has sat in the back of the workshop. I've moved on to other projects and come to the realization that I'll probably never find the time to finish it so it's now up for sale.

Before I pulled it down it was a good runner. The motor is stock and unopened with only 34,653 KM on the clocks. It kicks over fine and has good compression. The bike is numbers matching.

It has Suzuki GSXR wheels fitted and a GSXR front end however the triple clamps still need to be modified. There is another set of clamps to suit RGV250 front end that have been modified. The original wheels and forks also come with the bike.

The rear sub frame has been cut off and a tubular sub frame fabricated. I also built a Kevlar single seat but it needs finishing. The original sub-frame is also included and could be welded back on if you wanted to take it back to original.

The chambers were built by Karel Zeiger and include Carbon fiber mufflers.

The bile has Tarozzi rearset foot pegs and custom bracket. The peg flips up so you can clear the kick starter.

The bike includes the original bodywork however the top fairing is cracked. A friend also owned an RZ500 at the same time, he dropped his and we swapped a lot of my good bodywork and tank to repair his bike. The tank is dented but rust free. The fairing lowers are fiberglass reproductions.

The seat is the original vinyl and in pretty good shape. The key matches all 3 locks (Ignition, tank and seat).

There are several boxes containing the original parts. They are pretty much all there but a few things may have been lost over the years, I can't be sure.
