Postage/Shipment/Packing
• Standard Royal Mail service
If you wish to insure for loss or damage in transit
please let us know at the time of purchase as extra charge applies. Items are
packed securely and in a protective material to ensure they arrive to you
without damage. We keep proof of postage for every item and will not be liable
for any lost items or damaged item once sent. I am more than happy to assist in
making a claim against the post or carrier.
Should the
goods not reach you as described, in the event of a problem, please get in touch
immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please do not give
feedback before we try to resolve any problems with the goods.
Please always make
sure you provide a correct delivery address.
• Own collection
If you are able to arrange your own collection,
please let us know of the most suitable date and time for collection at the time
of purchase. Please collect within a week.
When items
are large/bulky/fragile you may prefer this method rather than standard
delivery.
• Own courier
Please inform at the time of purchase if you wish
to arrange your own courier, otherwise Standard Royal Mail Service applies.
In case of large/fragile/bulky items you may have your own
courier you’ve used in the past and are happy with their prices and
service.
• Worldwide shipment
Standard Royal Mail service or International
Couriers. Could you please send me your telephone number as I have to put it for
courier company delivery note? Price depends on a size/weight and destination.
Overseas buyers please note. The postage quoted is for guidance only. The exact
cost will vary, depending upon location. However, I will do my best to dispatch
items as cost effectively as possible. Buyers are also welcome to arrange their
own shipping. Please ask for a price.
Description of the item/Condition of the item
Item/s are sold as
described and pictured. If you are a serious buyer and are unsure about any
aspect of the item, please ask questions before bidding, buying for fixed price
or making an offer.
If you wish to view
an item in person, please let me know before you make an offer/bid/buy for a
fixed price and I shall be happy to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Once you made a bid,
decided to buy for a fixed price or made an offer, you accepted that you are
happy with the item on offer as described and pictured. I will not be able to
resolve any disputes arising from misunderstanding after the purchase was
made.
Returns
Items are one off
and are not subject to returns.
