How to make your Payment
We gladly accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, & American Express.


To pay with Paypal please follow the instructions contained in your invoice. To pay by credit card please call us toll free Monday thru Friday between 9am - 5pm PST at 1-866-456-5998. Please have your auction number and billing/credit card information on hand before calling.
 
All payments must be made within 7 days of your auction ending.  We DO NOT guarantee that we will still have the item you won in stock, if you pay us after the 7 day payment period. 

Sales Tax
If your shipping within the State of Nevada we are required to charge you an additional 7.75% tax on your purchases.

Shipping Cost
The cost of shipping each item varies.  Please use the shipping calculator provided in most auctions to determine your shipping price. 

Shipping Terms
All items are shipped via UPS unless otherwise arranged before payment is made. We reserve the right to use alternate carriers of equal or better service at our own discretion without notification. We reserve the right to change the shipping price due to fuel surcharges, rural delivery, residential delivery, ext...  If you have any questions about shipping please contact us BEFORE you place your bid. 

PO Boxes
We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes, PMB/APO/FPO boxes under any circumstances.
 

What you should know about your confirmed Paypal Shipping Address
If you make a payment with Paypal we will only ship to the confirmed address that paypal has on record for you. Please do not ask us to ship to a different address other than what is listed on your Paypal payment... WE CANNOT SHIP TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES!


International Shipping
If you have a special shipping request please contact us prior to bidding/buying.

Combined Shipping
Most of our auctions qualify for combined shipping rates. However, Some items are either too large, pre-packaged, or Drop ship from another location so we are unable to combine shipping on such items. 
Also note, many of our auctions start at $0.99 and have no reserve - if an item closes at $0.99 cents we reserve the right to charge the full shipping amount for that item.

Problems with Shipping Price?
The shipping price we have for each auction is NOT negotiable by any means.  Please DO NOT BID if you do not plan to pay the shipping price listed on each auction.  If you have a question or concern about the shipping price for an item please e-mail us.

 
Automated Feedback
Since many buyers do not participate in feedback we will not AUTOMATICALLY leave feedback for anyone. If you do not want to leave feedback for us because you feel that we will not return the favor please know that positive feedback is automatically left. As soon as a feedback is received from any buyer, The system AUTOMATICALLY posts a reciprocal feedback.
(This is a feature that we use provided by eBay!)

If for any reason you would like us to leave feedback first then please send us a quick email letting us know your reason why. We also send out Feedback Reminders on a regular basis which annoys some people. Again, simply reply to one of the reminders and we will stop sending them to you.

Negative Feedback
If you are planning on leaving negative feedback please be sure to check with us before hand. We do make mistakes occasionally but would always like the chance to make it right.
How much will my shipping cost?
Shipping for each auction is different. Many of our auctions use the eBay shipping calculator found at the bottom of most auctions. All other concerns, please ask prior to bidding.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada Via UPS.

What carrier do you ship with?
We ship using UPS only. If you require expedited shipping please let us know and we will be happy to make arrangements.

Do you Combine Shipping on Multiple Auctions?
Yes, We do combine shipping on all auctions which qualify. Basically, Any items that can easily fit into the same package and are shipping from the same location. If you are concerned about combined shipping on a specific item please be sure to ask us first!

What are your office hours?
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) Monday - Friday.

I live in Las Vegas can I pick up my order directly?
You may pick your order up by appointment only. Please contact us 48 hours before you plan on picking up your order.  Every order that is picked up will have a pickup/handling fee for EACH item that you won.  If you are paying cash please have the exact amount ready or bring your credit card with you.  All pick ups will be charged 7.5% Tax, unless you can provide a copy of your tax resale exemption certificate.

What is surplus?
Some of our auctions refer to "surplus" or "new old stock". These terms indicate that the item in question is indeed new but has probably been sitting around on a shelf collecting dust for sometime. All items are inspected before they leave and are otherwise new unless stated in the auction.

I have an urgent question, how long will it take for you to get back to me?
Allow at least 48 business hours for us to respond to you. We receive a very high volume of email and it takes some time to get to them all.  We respond to all email as soon as possible and appreciate your patience. 

Can I pay with an E-Check?
We will accept E-Checks, however your shipment will not leave our warehouse until the payment has been cleared.

Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, you will receive an email within 48 hours of shipment with detailed tracking information.

All eBay sales are final unless otherwise stated in the auction.

You must contact us within 15 days of delivery if you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item that is clearly not what you bid on.  You must obtain an RMA number for any item regardless of the reason for it being returned.

If there is a problem with your order and you do not obtain an RMA number within 15 days of delivery we will not issue you a refund or exchange.
