We have a strict testing process to ensure that your ordered products are functionally correct before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line. .

Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under warranty:
1. Non-human causes of product problems, we will be committed to one year warranty (or warranty period committed by manufacturer). Customer need ship back by their own cost. We will ship back the product free of charges after services.

2. Repair / Service will be arrange by manufacturer of the product. The process may take 8-12weeks, depends on parts or repair procedures.

3. Please contact us before return to us.

Most items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product as Return Policy.

The RMA Process & Three Easy Steps:
1. Email us get RMA Authorization from us.
RMA request should include the below information: Buyer ID, Item no. and the reason of sending back and post images, choose replacement or refund money and other your related concern.
2. Ship the return goods after you get the RMA authorization.
Before you reuturn, please ensure the return item with original packing, accessories and shipping address from customer service center together with RMA authorization.
3. We won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.
