HELLO: There are several things you should know. :)

FIRST: I buy many items from a reseller. There is no way to tell why an item was sent to a reseller, but possibilities include overstocks, display items, customer returns and packaging issues in the store. I try to be as honest as possible in my listings, and I am very selective about which items I buy from the reseller. PLEASE assume that an item will need to be ironed, as applicable, and some should probably be laundered, especially if they are listed as being out of package.

SECOND: I try to be as responsible and as accurate with shipping as possible. I use the calculator on most occasions, and will ship with envelopes as often as possible to keep the cost down for you. Please do not be surprised if your item arrives in a cereal box or something of that nature, as I am a firm believer in reusing things of that nature at least once. :)

THIRD: International bidders are responsible for any fees, duties, etc., that might be assessed upon delivery to you. The winning bid or full buy-it-now price will be listed as the value on the customs form.  PLEASE do not ask me to list items as "gifts" to avoid fees. Also, please understand that I do not have any control of the speed in which your item is delivered. I will use First Class International if possible, but should you choose this cheaper method, please know that I can't track the package's progress. Priority Mail is always an option and is strongly recommended if you are needing your item within a time frame.

FOURTH: I'm a stay-at-home mom with two small kids. I will try to answer questions, get items shipped, etc., in a speedy manner. Please give me a small measure of grace if it takes me a bit to get back to you. I will make every effort to answer questions before auction end.
