The hard drive is not included. COA is Windows XP Professional. The battery is included, but is not guaranteed. The adapter is included. The laptop is in very good condition but it is used. The unit turns on for approximately 5 seconds and shuts down it has 1 long beep and 2 short beeps after that one.  Unit is being sold with no warranty.
