Delivery

White Glove shipping includes delivery to any room in your residence. It also includes assembly/setup and box removal.

The carrier will call prior to delivery to schedule/confirm your delivery date/time. Please allow 1-3 weeks as the carrier's transit time. We will contact you promptly in the event of any unexpected delays.

New - These are new, in the box items. They include a 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty that covers defects against materials and workmanship.

Showroom Sample - These are new, out of the box items. They may not be in perfect condition like an "in the box" item but they will still look and show great. All of these pieces are inspected by a team of master repairmen and may have had minor touch ups performed.

Returns

The item must be returned in its complete and original received condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. We do charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

The original packaging will simplify the return shipping. Please open your package(s) carefully and save everything in case you need to reuse it.
